What do you really want in life?

Maybe you want to get fit and healthy but you do not really have the time?

It could be that you wish to travel but do not have the money?

Perhaps you have goals or ambitions yet to fulfil but are too busy to even consider?

Or that you want to spend more time with your partner, family, kids or friends but you cannot because of your work commitments?

Well, if so, you are in the right place.

What do I want from life?

In all honesty, what most people probably desire is a humble and more simplistic life where peace outweighs stress and where their surroundings are that of a healthy environment. I want to assist you on a journey that will help you and allow you to realise all of your hopes and aspirations. Not by some magical method or pixie dust, just some simple steps and changes that you can do to help make a difference and set you on a path to the life you really want. You may find that you already know most of this, which is great!  This will just serve as a little reminder, a prompt to help you along the way.

Focusing on what is important, drowning out the daily noise and being mindful of my thoughts and feelings really helped me find inner peace and develop a healthy mind. Finding an activity that keeps you in the flow rather than one that aids a cluttered mind. Sometimes zoning out with a puzzle, book, gardening or Yoga practice is required to re-set yourself. Even if it is for 30 mins or so. Don’t feel guilty about taking time out for yourself, you are only human. The Japanese way of Ikigai is a great discovery/method of how to take care of yourself.

Without water there is no life on our planet and everyone knows how important it is to stay hydrated. Unfortunately few people actually drink enough water every day. I began to focus on the importance of this in the spring of 2022 and have since discovered the power of hydration. Go and grab a glass of water before you carry on reading…

So put your feet up and relax – take a look around the website and let me take you on a journey of discovery…
